How much will this cost?
It depends on what treatment you have and how you are paying.
All treatment fees are calculated based on what is done during the session. I am happy to help you estimate your costs.
Auto insurance, health insurance, and workers’ compensation: If I am in network with your medical insurance, you will be responsible for the copay and/ or coinsurance as determined by your contract. If I am out of network and billing your insurance, you may be responsible for more than if you saw someone in network, but perhaps not. If I am billing auto insurance or workers’ compensation, your cost is generally nothing, but you may be responsible for claims that are denied. I regularly work with auto insurance, Providence, United Health Care, Pacific Source, and Moda. I see Kaiser patients with physician referral, and have billed out of network for Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross plans. Every plan is different, and truly the only way to get an idea is to give me your insurance information and let me see if I can find out.
Paying out of pocket: I accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and can take HSA/ FSA cards as well. People who pay at time of service are eligible for a time of service discount. Please call the clinic with additional questions about fees.
